Nadine has extensive experience working in disability, aged care and the community sector. She has been involved in direct service provision for people with disability as well as working in both federal and ACT government on broader policy and program reform agendas.

 

Ralph Fortmann
Director Human Resources

Ralph is the Director of Human Resources at Koomarri and has been responsible for Human Resources, WHS and Quality Assurance since 2012.  Ralph started his career in people development and human resources in the financial services industry more than 20 years ago and has also consulted on HR and skills development matters in various different commercial spaces over the years. 

 

Tanya Brunt
Executive Director Operations

Tanya’s experience comprises of management and leadership, governance and all the attributes and skills required to lead and support an organisation successfully. Tanya has worked in various industries and sectors – Government, HR/Recruitment and most recently in Primary Healthcare, heading a federally funded Indigenous organisation. 

Tanya is passionate about people and thrives on empowering, uplifting and supporting people to be the best they want to be, in their learning journey.

 

Jawad Hayder
Executive Director, Corporate Services and CFO

Jawad is a Chartered Accountant (CAANZ) with 15 years of accounting and finance experience in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. He has a track record of leading the finance function in multiple complex environments, both nationally and internationally. Complementing his accounting and finance credentials is Jawad’s inclusive and consultative leadership and management approach. He is committed to the mentoring and development of people to benefit their personal growth and productivity. 

 

Dennis Oreskovic
Manager Commercial Business

Dennis has worked for Koomarri Employment Services / Commercial Business for over 15 years. Dennis began his career at the grassroots and has worked his way to management. He has an excellent understanding of how the businesses operate to provide the best outcome for the people we support.
